First off, don't expect to anything cheap at Tremblant; that includes this place. Each item is however clearly marked with it's price on the bottom and the rates are on on big sign on the wall, so don't be surprised with your bill. I found the staff very friendly and kind. I was there with my wife but I watch the staff interact with a few children and they did a great job. They knew enough to redirect them to put more paint on their items when they knew there wasn't enough coats. At times they even sat and helped them, showing how much paint was needed. If you do want to paint something here, listen to the staff as they know how much is needed. If it gets underpainted it will look dull and bland and you will have wasted a lot of money on a souvenir that looks terrible.

Studio Creatif was an awesome way to spend an afternoon! They have great choices in pieces to paint and the people working there were really friendly and helpful. We had so much fun the first day of painting that we came back for a second day and painted a few more pieces! Thanks for being awesome!

I called ahead about our group of 6 coming for a bachelorette party. They were so accommodating and had a table ready for us! There was a great selection of pottery to choose from, and everyone working was very knowledgeable and helpful with all of our questions. It was a really pleasant experience and a great Saturday afternoon activity for our bachelorette, everyone created something they enjoyed and had a memento from the trip! It was also great that the pottery was ready by 11 the next morning, so we could take it home with us. We saw lots of families stop by with kids while we were there, and it was a great place. Highly recommend it!!

Hi everyone! I want to first thank everyone for sharing your thoughts and experiences. Reviews help me improve our studio practices and services all the time. I've individually responded to reviewers who I felt needed extra attention. I had to give a star review, so I obviously chose 5 stars and I want to be clear that I'm not doing so to mislead any viewers. I just want to be able to publicly respond. My staff has recently gone through additional customer service and ceramic-specific training and I'm very proud of them: they play hard with our painters and it's too bad that some reviewers felt like they missed that experience. So, so, so many our our painters are repeat clients with whom we have very good relationships - I've seen children grow up in my studio over the past NINETEEN years and it's beautiful. Those messy 8 year olds are now enjoying careers and bringing in their children to have the same art exposure they did as children. I consider myself to be fortunate to witness their families grow! While I understand that some - like a few reviewers here - may consider our prices expensive, I consider $35-$40/person for a 1.5 hour activity that results in a usable product to be very fair. Especially when one considers that our bisque is handmade in Canada and the US as are our glazes and kilns. To everyone, please note that rainy days during Christmas, spring breaks, and summer seasons can be very, very busy for us, so come in with patience and love if you paint on a rainy, busy day. <3 We have all new staff, all new paints, new techniques AND 99% of the time, very happy painters. Please see us on instagram or facebook or visit our website. We are passionate about what we do! Kari
