What a great experience! Took a hot yoga class and found the instructor to be very knowledgeable, friendly and she had a great flow for the class. It was bilingual which was fun and I plan to go back tomorrow!

My husband and I were looking for a yoga studio in Treblant and were pleasantly surprised. The class was packed, but we had space to move around. We were the only people that wanted English spoken, but the instructor could speak both. The room was super hot, which was awesome! The class was not really a flow class. It was disjointed where we did more yoga poses then flowed. We especially loved the cold eucalyptus towel that she put on our eyes during shavasana. We also enjoyed the shower after class! There is an awesome deal for $66 for the Scandinavian spa and a yoga class. We definitely took advantage of this deal!

Went here with 4 friends. We are all from Toronto visiting and normally attended Moksha Yoga. All I have to say is WOW! the instructor is very skilled a knowledgeable! Actually learned new things during this class. Staff was super friendly and accommodating to my friend who is EMF sensitive. Great for all levels of practice especially beginners like us. Facility is super clean. Will definitely recommend to other friends headed to the area and will definitely come back next time we are in the area. THANKS FOR EVERYTHING!

I love this studio. Either for a good stretch after a day of outdoor activities or on a rainy day when the outdoors is out of the question, Karma Shala has a wonderful array of classes, most of which are taught in English and French. They have everything you need at the studio - mats, blocks, straps, etc. The instruction is really top-notch - well worth it if you don't want to skip your yoga while traveling to Tremblant!

I am, by no means, an advanced yogi. I've "dabbled" with yoga here and there for many years and have visited yoga studios across the US. This was, by far, the best practice I've ever had. I visited 4-5 times over my vacation. I had only intended on going once. Instead, I couldn't get enough. The studio is beautiful, clean, serene, thoughtfully arranged. Smells like a spa. Feels like a meditation center. And that's not easy to pull off in heated classes with people sweating buckets. I went to only heated classes (although they offer no heat and also aerial classes) and the heat/humidity was perfect and not over done. The 2 instructors I had--Melisandre (English) and Charlotte (bilingual)--were both incredible. They were no nonsense. Intense. The poses and flow were actually way more advanced than what my practice allowed for, but they were patient, supportive, and the vibe was "hey, feel good that you're in the room and you are part of this moment and try to be as authentic as you can" not "oh, you can't do that headstand? Puhleaze." I was in over my head and I STILL had amazing practices. I took my 12 year old step-daughter who thought yoga looked lame and now SHE's hooked. My husband, who is more the type to run a marathon, visited the studio every day we were there. So everyone should feel welcome. Beginners, intermediates, occasional travelers, experts. Seriously--If you are someone who considers themselves very serious about their yoga, I guarantee these young women can take you on a mind-body journey that would blow you away. Honestly, I'm someone who has traditionally enjoyed yoga for the physical benefits and not every felt the mind/body connection that is allegedly part of yoga. Until now. I've sat through some "oms" in other classes and tried not to laugh. I haven't bothered to pay much attention to my breath. I'm focused on the workout. But these instructors and this little blessed space changed that for me. My mind and my body just... got it. I found myself focusing on my breath more than the burning sensation in my thighs. And when my sweaty classmates and I breathed in unisom and let loose our oms, I actually felt the energy in me vibrate. Overall, it was ... an incredible physically demanding atmosphere and a blissfully spiritual one. This studio is magical. I've come back home to my large urban city in the states and am desperately searching for a studio that can make me feel half that good (and so far haven't found it). I want that in my life always. Thank you, Kharma Shala. Cute outdoor space to relax in. Lovely bathroom. All the equipment a first-timer or person from out-of-town would need. Very easy, modern check-in/payment/registration set-up. Parking lot is small, but there is other nearby parking available. The only downside I can think of? The studio is small. Weekend hot yoga was pretty packed (although not during the week). I fear I'm going to come back at Christmas time and not be able to attend classes because the world has discovered their magic. But then again, how could I be upset with this little studio getting the attention it deserves?

Wow what a gift this review is to us! Thank you so much for your kind words. We are so happy you enjoyed your practices at the Karma Shala and were able to find your mind/body connection. Hearing that a student has found their breath and connected to their center is what we live for! I hope that you have been able to find another studio back home that can help guide you towards your inner magic and light. It was such a pleasure to have you and your family visit the studio this past summer and we look forward to seeing you again at Christmas. Don't worry - We will always be a little secret to the world. We enjoy being a smaller studio that gets to personally know everyone that walks into our Shala (home). There will always be room for you and your family here. Namaste to you all!
