    Best skiing experience ever
So far the best mountain I ever ski on. Snow was perfectly groomed. Big thank you to Tremblant worker Jello (Angelo) for showing us the mountain and explaining us the trails as well as skiing with us for some time. God bless you for that! We can't wait to go back.

    Summer fun time
So much fun in the summer. Hire a MTB from bike Lab. So much fun! The luge is good but too busy and full of people that can’t drive or care about anyone else. The Main Street area is fun with typical overpriced food and drinks. The brew pub is or pick.

    Little Switzerland vibe
Christmas gift from the kids and it turned out into a beautiful family time vacation. I always loved the photos that people would post from the Alps in Italy so my son decided to take us to Mount Trembland. The city was small but very beautiful packed with gift shops, nice restaurants and of course ski loops. The lodge we were staying had a nice beautiful fireplace. Unforgettable memories.

    All round holiday destination
Tremblant is a dynamic modern touristy resort beneath the slopes of a mountain. A cabriolet lift takes you up the hill on which the resort is built over gardens with lakes, hotel swimming pools, and mini golf irrelevances to a terrace from which lifts can be taken for the serious hiker or skier high up the mountainside itself. The village is a haven of over priced restaurants, souvenir shops and gourmet ice cream joints. There are many opportunities for idyllic walks in the valley below.

    Nice but a bit tacky
This place is a bit like Disneyland or Vegas . It feels quite fake although if you’re ok with that it can be quite nice. Everything is quite expensive, food probably isn’t the best as it’s all intended for mass consumption. The hikes you can do there are ok, but my guess is there are better ones elsewhere on the National park. Probably nicer in the winter with the skiing.

    Busy Out of Season
We enjoyed our visit here, despite the hordes of tourists in what we were told was low season. Must be so crowded in season. Went up to the village on a free cable car and walked back down. It’s a decent ‘village’ but many shops were very similar and a lot empty.

    Mont Tremblant
Upon our arrival, we quickly discovered that it was the dead season, indicating that most activities wouldn't commence until the end of November. Despite this, we decided to explore the area, taking leisurely strolls through charming stores and reaching the scenic viewpoint at the top. The experience was enjoyable, especially with the opportunity to capture beautiful moments through photographs. We made sure to pick up some delicious maple syrup, savoring the local flavor. However, the downside of our visit was the exorbitant parking fees. In just 30 minutes, we were charged a hefty $25. It would have been more reasonable if there were varied pricing options based on different times of the day.

Appreciation for Ski & Bike Lab - Tremblant
Wanted to share another amazing experience that I always have with the crew at Ski & Bike Lab in the old village of Mount Tremblant. For the last several year during the winter at Mount Tremblant, I always rent an ebike from the team at SkiLabTremblant. The groomed trails in the Tremblant area are wonderful. At SkiLabsTremblant I usually deal with Phil, but the entire team are incredibly knowledgeable, friendly and understand what people needs are. The service shop team can resolve all issues, not only with e-bikes but anything snow, bikes or repairs. Ski & Bike Labs shop has everything & anything whether you wanna wear it, ride it, buy it, rent it and the team are more than willing to help. Thank you as always Team SkiLabTremblant. 💲Dollar 🤑

We love Mt. Tremblant. It’s our annual short summer vacation.

Every year we rent a condo for 4 nights during the week in the condo complex just outside of the village. The complex has an outdoor pool, sauna and hot tub. It’s a great way to spend an afternoon or evening after doing a bunch of activities.

We love walking the trails, biking to the old village on the path, activities in the village (with the pass), and enjoying lunch in the restaurants. Overall a lot of things to do for the whole family.

If you’re planning on going, there are a lot of AirBnBs around. We found 4 nights to be a sweat spot - enough time to do all the activities we enjoy without rushing and not enough time to get bored.

Something to do for everyone! Great variety of ski runs on the mountain. Shuttle from parking lots runs well. Cross-country and hiking trails nearby. Lots of good food and shopping by the hill and in the village. Lots of good accommodation options nearby.

I visited Mont Tremblant with my 14 year old son in the February half term 2024. The flight and transfer were smooth (with Crystal Ski) unlike the process to hire skis and get a lift pass. One hire shop has a monopoly in the resort and the process to get equipment is expensive and inefficient. You need to enter your details in a computer (no obvious signs directing you to do this), then line up for what seems like an eternity, hand over a king’s ransom (£350 per week rental for one pair of high performance skis, despite them appearing to be several seasons old and £85 per day for an adult lift pass) and then move to another building to collect equipment. At this point you join another queue with the rest of the folks in the resort looking to hire equipment that looks like it is several seasons old. You wait for boots, wait again for skis and poles and over an hour later I emerged from the shop shaking my head thinking this is the least efficient, most expensive hire experience in over 40 years of skiing. The ski pass purchase is equally frustrating - apparently they can’t issue six day passes, so you have to re-live the miserable ski pass purchase experience twice during a one week stay. I have since learned booking on line can save time and a modest amount of money. Pre-booking passes and equipment through your tour operator is also a sensible option and could mitigate some of the frustrations you might otherwise experience in the resort.

The general level of service in bars and restaurants is pitiful but despite all of the above I would be open to coming back.

The slopes are great and relatively quiet, compared to Europe. I was worried about the low elevation of 875m and the limited lift system but was pleasantly surprised by the amount of runs to suit all standards of skiing and the quality of snow. The accommodation (Hotel Tour des Voyageurs) was functional, spacious and clean, and everything in the resort was easily accessible.

The flight times from the U.K. were bearable for a one week break and if you dress for cold weather I would recommend an East Coast Canadian ski experience. Just wrap up warm, retain a sense of humour with the ski hire/pass prices and purchase process, accept average service levels and enjoy the excellent skiing.

I love tremblant but find it is getting terribly busy, and many of the other skiers could learn a bit about respect and not ski so close to other people. The design of the new RFID gates for the gondola are terrible, they dump people into a moving line and you have to push to join the queue. And the prices of both the lift tickets and the food and other items to purchase are extremely overpriced, especially with the addition of that tremblant surcharge tax. The prices and the crowds definitely reduce the number of times I ski there.

Tremblant sucks overall just like the rest of Canada nowadays for tourism. Extremely overpriced, bad service, disgusting food, boring and dated. You can scrape Canada as a whole for tourism go to the USA or Europe for skiing or go south to the beach to a warm place for the same cost. Overrated place with zero class, zero culture.

I hope this message reaches you well. Today, ( January 3/2024) my son participated in a group snowboard lesson at your facility ( Mont Tremblant). He has previous snowboarding experience and is independently able to ride down the green hills. The main reason for the lesson is to have him practice his toe skill. At the beginning of the lesson I was told that he needs a lift ticket since they will be riding down the mountain. Full day lift ticket was purchased for the lesson. At the end of the lesson I find out that they stayed at the beginner hill entire day and only went up the gondola for a ride. I understand the circumstances may arise but it is crucial that customers receive the service they have paid for. Paying $269.00 lesson tickets and purchasing $87.00 lift ticket just for the bunny hill and one ride in a gondola is ridiculous. I really hope you can investigate this matter. Mont Tremblant is an amazing winter getaway and we always have a positive experience.

This was our first time skiing in Tremblant. I have never bought ski tickets online and made the mistake of buying for the wrong dates. Tremblant was inflexible and would not honor them as credit for new tickets for which I would have paid the difference. Since we were at the mountain after a 10 hour drive, I felt that I had to buy the tickets again. The conditions were as expected in early December (limited open trails). I doubt we'll come back. Let my experience be a warning for you. Tremblant only cares about $$ and not about a good customer experience.

We came for a family Thanksgiving trip (for season opening. However, the resort did not make any effort to accommodate skiers this year. Lines to get tickets were long because service was not efficient. Only two trails were open (1 green and 1 blue half way down with no ski path to get back to the village, creating a “trap” and unnecessary lift lines. We skied for 3 days and I haven’t seen any grooming work done of these trails, so by Saturday they were pure ice. No path to the bottom created a 40-50 minute bottleneck when the lift serving the blue trail broke on Saturday. In addition, they closed lifts earlier than listed: the lift serving the blue trail was supposed to close at 3.30 (which is already on an early side), but they stopped letting anyone down around 3.10, effectively closing it at 3.15 (it’s really a less than 5 minute run). We heard that this was all because the resort was prioritizing getting ready to a race a week from now. It is very upsetting that they didn’t want to make a tiny bit of extra effort to accommodate skiers who paid quite a lot of money to come here. Making a trail going all the way down to the village could have made the experience so much better. Given that that they were blessed with conditions (no rain at least a week before or after, with some extra snowfall) compared to some more southern resorts that aren’t as lucky, it felt like we were at the very bottom of the resort priorities and we are unlikely to come here again next year.
