Five of us rented the scooters and we had a blast. The staff was great. We were fitted with helmets and vests, then had the training course. The training was very thorough. A couple of friends were hesitant but he allowed us time to ride the bikes in the parking lot until everyone was comfortable. We followed the course and saw some beautiful areas of Mont-Tremblant. Only got lost once. We highly recommend this adventure!!!

We decided to book this excursion at the last minute. Remy was extremely accommodating -fitting us in even after the spot was closed. He took time and care to show us everything we needed to know to be safe and enjoy. The trip itself was informative, scenic and fun. One note - dress warmly! Even though it was a beautiful day it was chilly once we got going on the scooters. Overall it was a great adventure and we’d highly recommend!

I have been trying to get in touch with Camp Explora for about 6 weeks now. I have left several messages, sent emails, called many times (no one has ever answered the phone). Are they even there? I am hoping to book an excursion. I also tried to book it online and it seems to fail after several attempts, which is why I've been calling... Will be there this weekend, so I may pass by to book it upon my arrival. So far the service, or lack of, is absolutely terrible. If this changes upon arrival i will certainly update this review. Has anyone else experienced this nonsense???

I sincerely apologize for not having returned your calls and email. We don't understand what transpired exactly, since it is our priority to provide the best client service possible. I went over our procedures with my staff to ensure this doesn't happen again. We hope we'll be able to see you this weekend. You can write me directly if you want to book an adventure with us. Here's my personal email address : remi.tremblay@gmail.com. Best regards, Rémi

Two of us went to Explora and rode on separate bikes through Montebello, mostly around the golf course. The activity is guided by GPS and explicit instructions/directions are provided on an i-Pad. The bikes are electric and go a maximum speed of 32 KM/hour. Staff give you a detailed overview of how the bikes work; it's very simple. The tour is about 90 minutes and it was lots of fun. There is even a little educational/historical/fun component that you can participate in as you go about the ride. Management at Explora are always available via Facetime and they are very responsive, thank goodness. I had small problem with my bike and a bigger problem with my partner who I lost. In the end, I would definitely do this again. It was autumn and the trees were breathtaking, a great way to spend a Sunday morning.

Don't let the fact that the quads are electric fool you. This is real family friendly off roading made easy with lots of rocks, mud and even a creek to cross. A great way to spend a few hours and really come to terms with the natural beauty of Montebello.

We did this adventure in late fall with our 5 year old daughter. There were no bugs! The leaves and scenery were beautiful! We arrived to register, got a quick overview, signed the paperwork, got fitted with our helmets and off to the outside for a cart overview.
This adventure is a predetermined course...you ride on your own, but you are not allowed to venture off the designated course.
They give you an iPad that has your course charted in riddle for you to figure out and find the hidden clues throughout the journey, which is about an hour and half.
They have you on GPS at all times so you cannot be lost in the wilderness :)
The terrain is moderate, it is neither smooth nor overly challenging....there were a couple of spots that require some extra attention and skill, which provide a jolt of excitement.
The staff are very friendly and professional.
Dress warm on cooler days...being in the woods when the weather is damp and cloudy can provide a chill.
Great experience we were happy to have had!

We are an older couple and and we were looking for a nearby activity to coincide with our anniversary overnight at Chateau montebello. This was a great blend of adventure, learning, and fresh air. The electric vehicles are state of the art and equipped with ipad minis which provide the clues, driving instructions and GPS to guide you over the trails in a search for the history of the area. At no time did we have safety concerns. Dress warmly in the fall and spring and wear practical outdoor clothes.
The base station is a fabulous old log residence with a mini museum and tearoom. Everything was meticulously maintained with great attention to detail.
Our host Remi was extremely knowledgable and courteous and we left feeling we had made a friend.

Went on this adventure with friends and was not disappointed. We were inexperienced but Daniel made sure that we understood the bikes and routes. It was so much fun. Lots of laughs and great scenery. I would definitely recommend trying this out.
