Pretty, small area park. War monument, gazebo, near shops, restaurants, theatre, library, and leisure centre. Nice picnic and meeting area. Lovely farmers market in Saturday's April to October.

The Park is undergoing a bit of a restoration and is the home of the Farmers Market. The fountains seem to be empty for the season but the bandstand is still there and there's lot of hub bub happening with the market. Nice fall leaves...More

In the heart of downtown, this park is a great place to relax. Not really big, but very nice with natural grass to enjoy.....the kind you lay on. There is a band stand there and the cenotaph is located at the northwest end.

Love this park....walk through it at least once per week. It is well maintained and it provides a great venue for community events such as the Farmer's Market on Saturdays during the summer.
