What a great way to spend a beautiful fall afternoon , enjoying the scenery and sunshine on the upper deck, and showing a visiting cousin from England the beauty of this area. Highly recommend the short trip - but the lunch and dinner cruises sound great too- maybe next time! We were able to buy tickets at the dock but... More

We went for the 1 hour Segwun cruise. Segwun Steamship is 127 years old so its interesting to see that the steamship is still operational. The 1 hr cruise was very relaxing. It departed and arrived on time at the Muskoka Wharf. I find the fee however quite expensive.

What a great day with friends. I had two girl friends visiting from out of town and I am new to Gravenhurst. We decided to play the tourist and go for the steamship cruise. What a beautiful trip. It was a very hot day and as a fair person, I was happy that I had my umbrella in my purse... More

What a great way to cruise the lake. The gentle sound of these perfectly restored ships adds enormously to the beauty of the surroundings. Great staff and a highly recommended way to see the sights.

Will certainly do this again ... so lovely to float around in a 100 tr old steam ship sipping wine and gazing at wealthy people's cottages.

A cruise and lunch on the RMS Segwun (yes, it still carries the title of mail-ship!), the oldest steam-powered vessel in North America. Went into service 1887 and still going strong. The lunch was fine (turkey dinner) and the cruise was most enjoyable, helped by having a very informative guide commentary. Bit of a glitch with ours as the cruise... More

If you are a visitor to Muskoka, don't miss the amazing opportunity to take a cruise on one of the classic steam ships in Lake Muskoka leaving from the Gravenhurst wharf. While we didn't visit the adjacent museum, I am sure it would be interesting for a future visit. We took a sunset cruise on the RMS Segwun and for... More

took a ride with family a few years back. It was a windy and cold day so we stayed inside for the sake of an elderly passenger who travelled with us. See houses along the way that are beautiful, big and expensive. There is a PA system and you are told the history of the boat and the surroundings. Sit... More

We took the afternoon cruise 2.15 - 4.15 on a breezy but sunny day. The boat is immaculate and so quiet. The trip up the Narrows and into the Lake is wonderful, nostalgic, and brings to mind how people travelled back in the day before cars round the lake. A very gentle and calming way to spend the afternoon.
