Took a trip to this Cheese Farm with a group of hockey parents. Cheese is organic & samples were great so I bought some! Dairy cows are there to see & a barn full of baby calves.

These people make awesome cheeses very much like switzerland their cows are free roaming you can see them right up at the fence near the sales office. I have not found one cheese i don’t like and the owners are wonderful

This artisan dairy offers up organic, locally-crafted cheeses, milk and cream right at farm gate. The shop has limited hours but products are also available at a number of place in the town of Creston. A farm visit is worth the extra time if possible. The proprietors are some of the nicest people on the planet!

Very informative, we were able to see the whole farm and the factory. The cheese and cinnamon buns tasted amazing and the staff were really kind! The Nostrala cheese was our favourite. Worth the visit.

Staff at Skimmerhorn Winery suggested a visit to Kootenay Alpine Cheese Company. It will now be an annual stop on our wine and apple buying trip to Creston. The young lady in the shop was friendly, helpful. Gave great info on cheese making and the cheese tasting was great. Of course had a hard time deciding which ones to take... More

Their Alpin had all the flavors of a summer meadow (in a good way)and their Grana really tastes like a good Padano. Wonderful cheese and worth a visit.

On our first trip to Creston, we saw the Kootenay Alpine Cheese Co. in the tourism magazine and decided to see what it was all about. What a friendly and charming place - everything you'd expect from producers. The cheese was exceptional!! Would love to go back and try other offerings. They let you visit with the cows and calves...
