Recommend using a cart as almost everyone does and if you walk you’ll fall behind. Their score cards do not have a map which would be helpful because there are no course markers or signs to tell you where the next hole is - essential for first timers!!
Course is green and lush and a great way to spend a few hours. Will go again when in the Fort.

I have played this course a number of times over the years and have always found it to be a challenge largely due to the many hundreds of old cottonwood and poplar trees that essentially line every fairway. This course defiantly puts a premium on finding the fairway off the tee. Played it again this past week and found the course to be in great shape for mid September and loved playing it even though I never seem to score well here and the latest rounds were no different. My only complaint about the course is on the day we played it a few of the pin placements were ridiculously placed on the most sloped area of the green. Particularly No. 9 which was absurd. Almost impossible to stop a ball anywhere close. I don’t mind a challenging pin placement but these went beyond that. Otherwise I enjoy playing this course and will continue to play it in the future.

You can camp within walking distance and there is once hole that has a great view. Loved this course and would go again.

Beautiful 9 hole course that is in great shape! Lots of trees for shade too on hot days. They renovated the club house too.

this is a decent course to golf and only a short drive west from lethbridge. there have been years when the bugs were bad, but this year was not so bad. The wind is probably the biggest negative so avoid it on days when its blowing hard, other than that it is a nice course to play for a change.

I played this course on my way back to Calgary from Lethbridge. It’s absolutely amazing. Built in 1890, with original layout and greens. Every hole is awesome and the condition is great. A true classic course that is plenty of fun and challenging. The green complexes are fantastic with lots of undulation. I will be planning my work trips around a stop here for 9 holes from now on.

We thoroughly enjoyed playing this course. Birds are very plentiful. Orioles, doves, red wing blackbirds, and many other species abound. Only birdies, not plentiful, are the golf birdies. Maybe next time! This course has been around for over a century.
