A beautiful centre where we were warmly welcomed at the door! A nice little gift shop (although very pricey), cafe with great looking food, good bathrooms, and tons of brochures and travel info. Make sure to take some fun photos on their 3D train trestle, etc. The young woman at the guest services was super nice and helpful. A must stop spot.

Great place to stop when you do not know were you are going! We were able to shop and have a bite to eat all at the same time!

Friendly staff, lots of interesting info about the area and excellent little cafe with good coffee!!
The staff told us where we could go for a quiet little swim that wasn’t too busy, they were 100 spot on. Also gave us instructions on how to walk up to Cascade falls on a less busy route.
The little shop had some different souvenirs and local handmade items. Definitely worth a visit.

Nothing outstanding about the info centre. Small gift shop. But it has a great little coffee shop offering varieties as though it was Starbucks.

This visitor centre is small. But very welcoming, just seems like a place locals like to gather to have their coffee / breakfast in the morning or gather to talk about local events. Staff was friendly and space was very clean. Besides the coffee shop there was also an art gallery that sold some gift ideas.

My kids though when we camped nearby kept wanting to run in and have me take photographs of them on the 3-D floor. They thought it was so cool to look at the photos that appeared as if they were standing on a train bridge or a waterfall.

Well done to a small community for doing something unique and doing it really well. The painting is only on the floor and one wall as you walk into the welcome centre so not a huge space. But it’s big enough to give people the 3-D feeling when they look at their photos.

It was suggested that we stop for their eggs Benedict and the 3-D paintings and we are glad we did. We arrived by 8:30am - staff was helpful and friendly. Drip coffee was great and the eggs benny were so good, I’d eaten half before I stopped to take a picture. We spoke to another young fellow about the waste reclamation project 👍and then did the Park trail and the Creek trail hikes. All around a GREAT morning in Christina Lake where so many things are already closed for the season.

Lazy staff members took both handicapped parking stalls (I’m looking at you black Acura SUV and white Volkswagen SUV) in spite of neither having a handicap placard.

Dear Karen K, We are so very sorry for this experience. We will most definitely discuss this with our staff. We do have a staff area for parking, and we will be sure our staff are aware. Thank-you very much for bringing this to our attention as we most certainly want to strive to be as accessible and inclusive as possible.

Friendly staff, clean washrooms, good coffee and snacks, maps and information.......this centre has it all. Lots of parking and a good place to stretch your legs or walk your dog if you have been traveling all day. Great place to stop and take a break.

This Welcome Centre is a must see! Great coffee shop, interpretive centre, good info but look at the floor. The artist painted the floor so when you take pictures it looks 3d, incredible.
