About 90 mins drive from Xichang. From the ticket office a bus climbs hairpins to the cable car, which climbs 1,000 metres vertically, with fantastic views. Paved signposted paths wander through pine forests, around the Black Dragon Pool lake and up to waterfalls. The lake is 3,650 metres above sea level.
