Very high price for this service. To improve the service the price have to be reduce. No Shampoo, no conditioner in shower, wet towels all the time, no possibility to change it, no blankets in the relaxing area, very hard furniture, not enough soft sleeping places.

I went to the polar bear's spa twice in the last month. First time was to celebrate my birthday with some friends and the second time was a date. Both times we had issues with one employee. I understand that the spa is for relaxing, but we are not allowed to speak AT ALL .... not even in a whisper. The employee followed us around the whole time telling us there is absolutely no speaking. At the end of our day, I came out of the changing rooms to leave and the same employee is sitting on his phone speaking loudly .... so I went up behind him and "hushed" him in the same manner that he had been doing to us all day. The employee then started to yell at me that I wasn't being funny. He actually started raising his voice until another employee told him to keep his voice down. He then walked away, took off his t-shirt and jumped into the river. There are so many nice spa's in the area, definetly not going back to this one.

I visited this place with my mother and we liked it so much, beautiful baths, good resto at convenient price, clean and close to the river.

Went to the spa today. It was my third visit. Had a bad experience in the past. They accused me of stealing the robes when no one told me to return them in hands and I put them back in the baskets (before renovations). I had to fight over the phone to get my robes fees refunded. Love the place so decided to give it a second try. I was pleased overall. Saw a promotion Monday night on their website for massage 60min 99$. Called, told the lady I SAW the promotion online and wanted to reserve a massage for next day. She didn’t mention anything specific about the promotion. I never went on their website before and never really looked at their specials or else. So, today, I arrived at the counter, paid and got changed. After my massage, I realized I got overcharged. On my way out, I went to tell the front desk. She told me to get the 99$ massage I needed to purchase online with a 24h delay. Told the girl I called the night before and no one told me or explained how it worked. I insisted and she went to see the manager. They made me and my friend wait for 15min. The girl returned explaining that they spoke the to director and since its not an onsite offer the can do anything. I was shocked for the lack of devotion towards a client knowing their employee made a mistake. I told them I would never return because it had been two bad experiences on 3 visits and I had enough. I left. Got my car upset and disappointed. I was surprised the supervisor didn’t even come straight to me so I decided to turn around and confront her. I explained to her all the story from my first visit. How I love the location but their customer service is lacking in many ways. She never offered to refund me or tried to give me a future credit. All the time, she was trying to blame me and change the subject to avoid dealing with consequences of her employee’s actions and not taking responsibility for it. I agree I have part of the blame. However I do believe they could have delt with the complaint better and offered a compromise for the misunderstanding. It’s not only a matter of money but also principles and values.

I do not recommend this place to anyone. It is years we have been coming here, close to home and the massages and baths have been satisfying. On Saturday October 12th 2019, we left Montreal at noon to make it for 1:30, our massage was at 1:45.
we caught a lot of traffic, not sure it was due to an earlier accident or just a large volume of cars going in the same direction. We drove at about 30-40km starting a little after Laval to St Sauver. We called them to ask if our massage could be postponed to a later hour and the answer was no cause they were fully booked.
we ended in St Sauveur at 2:45 so we missed it completely. they charged us 30$ fee and we had to reschedule our massage within one week or pay the full amount of the massage. I kindly asked them to waive the fee or if they could at least include it on our receipt for the massage.
They kept saying no to us for the fee. So I rescheduled it for the week after but during the week I cancelled it 48 hours in advance. they charged my credit card the 30$. it was supposed to be a relaxing day but turned it to be more stressful than going to work. I will never ever recommend this place to anyone again. they are not accommodating at all.

We went there (3 couples) in July. Since we do not like to share our towels and bathrobes with someone else, we brought our own. Because of this it didn’t cost a lot. Spent a day relaxing and experiencing saunas, outdoor baths, free 10 minutes massage and the vapor room. Nice quite atmosphere. We really enjoyed the location that is very peaceful and beautiful. But service is nothing special. Just OK.

Spent a day relaxing and experiencing the outdoor baths and the vapour room. All ok, but certainly no spectacular service. Luckily we had coupons for $30 instead of $50. Then we still needed to pay for locker, robe and small towel, making it a very expensive experience. No frills here. Too bad. More should be offered.

If you're looking for a nice experience of being in a hot outdoor bath in a cold day of winter with snow by a cute little river you are in a good place for it. The location is really peaceful and beautiful, very natural. That's what we really enjoyed about it. Therefore, the water was really dirty, hair or other things were floating on the surface. In addition, we he had a reservation for 4 but once we got there, the staff told us the spa was full and that we would have to come back in about an hour. But we had nowhere to stay and it was so cold outside so we went back in the car and drove to a ski station not so far to have a hot chocolate. We would have liked at least a lobby or waiting room where we could have stayed in.

Very mixed feeling ...spa was ok , for the staff some were very helpful but one of them was very rude and no compassion for us that have been waiting for an hour and a half in the rain for the police to come as my friend car got broked into , what gets me is that they have lots of cases like us Apparently and there is no camera no nothing to protect us from it....
