Christmas holidays are normally a good time of year to visit us weather wise and is always very busy with folks travelling, so tours do tend to sell out 1-2 months in advance. It is also being our busiest week our peak price period so if you have some flexibility to join us another weekend or even midweek it would save you some on the cost of the tour.
