Completely incompetent and unprofessional "pro" shop. Called and made a reservation as a single gave me a 840 tee time on the Ridge course. Drove an hour through rush hour traffic to get there and be told the threesome that was booked showed up with four people and had already paid. The pro said there was no other times available on the ridge but i could play behind the foursome i was supposed to be booked with and basically wait every shot, or could join a three some on the Canal course, that the pro reassured me were a great bunch of guys and I would have a great time. Long story short, nightmare, guy hits my ball on first hole. absolutely no etiquette had to ask them to stand still or not walk down or on my putting line several time's were very, very slow, by the third hole they had backed up 2 groups, marshal shows up third hole and follows us for the next 3 holes, by this time we were 2 full holes behind. picked up after nine holes again on 9 green had to ask them to stop walking around the hole while i was putting. picked up went to the proshop to try to get a final 9 on the ridge course nothing available, no refund nothing told I could get out for my final 9 at 1230, putting me rite in the middle of rush hour traffic from my drive home, nice, no refund, never going back. total screw up on their part and no compensation $100.00 for 9 holes of golf with idiots. Never again

Courses are both nice. Ridge is a bit more challenging than the Canal but both have a good design.
There are lots of geese and therefore droppings all over the course. Some greens are ubputtable without hitting geese droppings.
Customer service is very poor. Staff treat golfers like they are interrupting their day. Pace of play is often an issue.
Food is subpar.
Overall, there are much better golf courses in the lower mainland. Morgan creek is a big step up from these courses.

Duffy’s has lost the plot. A very limited and high priced brunch menu. What used to be a lovely breakfast spot with a good menu has become an overpriced soulless experience. They are trying too hard. Not even toast available. As the menu now says - no substitutions please. We will substitute another venue

Have eaten at Duffy’s twice in the past year. They have had a limited menu since Covid hit and I understand that but both times I was really disappointed in my selection. First time I had their Veggie Burger and it was very soft and mushy, not very appetizing at all.
The second time was this past Friday 8th Oct 2021. I chose the Buddha Bowl and it was horrible. The Falafel was so dry and the whole dish was tasteless. The young waiter was really nice and very helpful so there was no way I was going to complain to him.
We have dined there many many times over the years but I am afraid that’s the last time for me.

An insanely beautiful course here in Surrey. The staff are all super nice and the course is very well maintained. Definitely will be back here again!

Had lunch with a group of friends - service was good, food very good and the view spectacular. Try and reserve a table overlooking the 18th. hole and watch golfers trying to get over a well placed pond.

If you're looking for a cheap round of golf or trying to get out with a group on short notice than northview isn't the place for you. But if you care about course management or greens keeping or truly love and appreciate the beauty of golf. Then you are here. With two great courses, the ridge is nestled into the west coast style with tree lined fairways and greens faster than ice, or perhaps play the well laid out easier to walk but equally challenging canal course. You will without a doubt enjoy your round of golf here. Golf is supposed to be a gentleman's sport, so if you can't afford it, go across the street, its 40 bucks a round and 20 bucks fkr a cart.

Played Northview Canal Course Sunday 8 Sept and it will be the last time I play there. Our foursome was rudely harassed by over zealous rules official for slow play, and threatened to be removed from the course as it was our "third warning" as there was an open hole ahead of us. In fact, there was an open hole ahead our whole round starting at hole one. Our tee off was delayed 5 minutes by an over instructive Starter. We played a 4 hour, 20 minute round and were two plus holes ahead of the foursome behind us. They never waited one minute for our foursome to clear a fairway or a green. Subtract the delays caused by the rude and overly officious "Rule Officials", our round was just over 4 hours. With green fees charged by this course you would think they would behave in a manner that welcomed our business. They won't be getting my business again.

Beautiful spot. I sat in the sun on the deck. I ordered spring rolls to eat and a budha bowl to go. The waitress didn't check on me once and I needed a napkin. And they but dressing on my Togo salad so it was all soggy when I went to eat it.

The course (a bird sanctuary) is in good shape. The golf was enjoyable but the cart costs are ridiculously high! $30 a seat...$60 for two riders is waaaaay too much considering $70 (Sr. Rate) green fee charge and even more for regular rates. C’mon folks...this course is not worth that kind of cart charge!!

Hi Desert111. Take the Trans Canada Hwy - go over Port Mann Bridge, take exit 53 towards US border, continue straight onto BC-15S, turn right on 80th avenue, left on 168th Street. Thanks!
