Beautiful forest with lots of short trails. We went on a sunny Tuesday and parking lot was full by noon. There is a large kids playground, lots of covered picnic tables and a washroom. It’s a great place to have a picnic after visiting the fairy houses. There are a lot of beautiful trees so there is lots of shade. Would recommend coming with the family to unwind :)

Redwood park is a lovely hidden gem...two brothers planted different species of trees long ago that are marked in the park. They’ve even rebuilt the treehouse that they lived in! I’ve seen many wedding photos talked in this beautiful park. There are large covered picnic areas for groups and clearings for sunny walks. The parking lot is a little tucked away but when you find it...the park is worth the effort!

We had a family outing to this park on a hot Saturday. Having lived in the Surrey area for a while, I did not know about this park. Boy, I have been missing out. The story behind this park and all the different trees made for a great experience. I especially loved the big redwood trees featured in this park -they are massive!!! A great picnic spot (also a good place to have an outdoor wedding).

This park is well worth a visit. We come here often with our grandchildren. The play area is great. There are lots of picnic tables for families. There are clean restrooms, and the best part is the historic treehouse and the fairy woods. Won’t spoil the surprise. It’s worth your time and enjoyment to discover it.

Amazing, beautiful, unforgettable, almost unbelievable. This is a must see, I am so glad that I planned to visit this park. The trees are just awesome. So many trees, such beautiful scenery. If you have the time to visit I urge you to see this. There is a reason that it is called Beautiful British Columbia, and this is part of it.

This park has a big playground that the kids love. There are plenty of covered picnic tables nearby. Take a walk in the forest and see the fairy houses. Now that the kids are older we like walking in the forest and seeing the amazing selection of trees from all over the world. Peaceful, beautiful place.

For an on leash dog friendly park, many people leave their dogs off leash, which ends up with dogs getting into major problems with each other, and sometimes having humans involved to separate them!! And unfortunately it happens often!!
This is a real problem, as little children are also sometimes involved !!!
The park itself is beautiful, but the people who use it should respect the rights and regulations of it, as we all wish to enjoy the nature around us.

I needed to find a fairly central location for a family reunion and chose to go to Redwood Park even though it had been years since I had gone there.
My family loved it. We had no trouble getting a long (under cover) picnic table that accommodated all of us (12 people). It was a glorious, warm evening and while we enjoyed our White Rock fish and chips and home made salads we talked and laughed and our two little guys (age 6 and 3) played in the children's play area and Dante played soccer with his great uncle who showed the six year old some cool soccer moves. My daughter had read about the fairy exhibit in the forest so some of us went in search of it. We came across an old building erected in honor of the brother's who had logged/owned the property. There were numerous markers to explain the area. We finally found the fairy area and what a sight to behold. I think children from the local schools must have made their fairy houses and then they were placed in a large area of the park. Absolutely wonderful to visit. My family from Illinois, Atlanta, Regina and Prince George loved it. What a wonderful park with lots of green space to play and forested areas for walking. Thank you to the city of Surrey for this wonderful green space.

A great place to visit for all ages , they even have an orienteering course
Fairy homes, trees from all over the world- don't know how they got through immigration and customs at the airport!!!
Go on a really windy day and stand at the bottom of one of the giant redwoods and watch them sway in the wind. Explore the trails and play on the adventure playground. FREE PARKING !!
