As soon as you walk in you'll be amazed at the selection of yarn, craft supplies and of course fabric! They offer 25% metre cuts or more which is a huge savings to any quilter and the staff are very knowledgable and very helpful. They even have chairs and newspapers for the men while the women shop.
In the back room is a wonderful display of locally made quilts for sale and they are stunning! It's almost like a mini quilt show.
If you are in the area this is definitely a must see!

If this is a "quilt gallery" than every single quilt shop I've ever been in has a "quilt gallery". A room with a couple of overpriced quilts for sale (and they were overpriced...even the Amish don't charge that much for handmade quilts) is a far cry from a "gallery". The fabric for sale was also unremarkable and not worth any sort of stop at this quilting store. There are much better options for quilters on PEI so unless you are already in O'Leary, don't waste your time.

We probably wouldn't have visited O'Leary if it hadn't been for this shop. It didn't disappoint. There was an extensive range of fabrics at reasonable prices. Friendly service and advice.

My wife and I went into this store looking for souvenirs for my mom and dad. The proprietor was friendly and very helpful in picking out gifts for quilters from non-quilters. She even suggested the West Point Lighthouse as a point of interest which was well worth the extra time. The shop is actually under the local drug store in the basement and has a small quilt gallery in the back behind the racks of fabric. #RplusRadventures

an awesome crew works here--I am not a quilter, but they make me feel welcome every time I come in to 'drool' over the wonderful selection of fabrics and the BEAUTIFUL quilts on display and for sale. If you are in the O'Leary area, you won't be disappointed if you drop by to look and buy. Great sales are on going (I don't dare get too close to the sewing machines--one might follow me home. LOL)

Who would have thought that there would be wall to wall bolts of fabric and quilts in this small town. Gorgeous quilts, quilt kits, lessons and more. I didn't buy anything because I have about 5 quilts on the go, but for anyone with a project in mind, this is the pace to go!

I did not find this store special at all. I went to see a quilt gallery / museum or at least some significant finished quilts and maybe even some antiques and restored local goods. I was disappointed to say the least - it may be a nice quilt shop but that is all it is. The shop is in the basement of the bauilding and probably not handicap accessible (I did not see a lift).

I will be visiting PEI in June 2019. What days are you open, and what are your hours?
Thank you.
