About
Khot-La-Cha Art Gallery and Gift Shop is located in North Vancouver, minutes from the Lion's Gate Bridge. We showcase traditional and contemporary Native artwork and crafts. Masks, prints, gold and silver jewellery, wood carvings, textiles and clothing produced by First Nation artists are displayed in a distinctive long-house style building. A second-generation First Nations owned and operated business, the gallery is located on Capilano Reserve, part of the Squamish Nation. We specialise in work from our community, offering first-hand the tales and legends behind the authentic artwork. "Khot-La-Cha" - Kind-hearted

Not the best choice for genuine First Nations items, as much of their stock is purchased through commercial wholesalers. Prices are high compared with, say, the store in Horseshoe Bay.

This is a small shop, located south of Marine Drive. We admire and collect first nations artwork, and are always looking for new places. This time we found some beautiful handpuppets for our granddaughters, fabricated to look similar to the masks. Also found a purple bowtie with a figure printed on it. Could have walked out with more stuff. Next time.

My favourite "GoTo" place for special gifts. Whether for myself or a special birthday. Need a wedding gift that will be appreciated? This is the place.

Small shop run by a long established local family, looks like mainly by the grand kids and friends. I probably only buy once a year but find it great for company gifts and family.

I go to this little shop all the time to look for gifts for friends and relatives. It's a bit off the beaten track, located at the eastern edge of the X̱wemelch'stn Capilano Reserve in West Vancouver, and absolutely worth a visit. It's First Nation owned and the staff is super helpful and knowledgeable about all the products, artworks and artists. Products range from small gift items to larger, amazing, works of art.

Nice gallery . It's hard to find but persevere as its worth the effort. Currently some road works are complicating the route
