The wonderful staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. We saw a show from the Glenbow and went to the Thursday night movies. Great way to learn about Inuit culture. Good popcorn!

This visitor center, with local exhibits and a knowledgable staff, is an excellent place to start a visit to Iqaluit. I was able to learn a lot about the area and the people, and they'll also help arrange local excursions with tour providers.

Enjoyed discussing the town with the staff. They give good suggestions for shopping and hikes. They also show some videos of the region and have interesting displays of local culture.

The visitor centre isn't very large, but it is a wonderful place to visit. There are all sorts of interesting things to look at and it helps provide some perspective on Inuit life.
