Sunsets & Desserts tour What a great way to spend a Sunday evening :) We paddled in calm waters through the harbour towards Thornton creek where we were lucky enough to spot a bear! Shannon was an excellent guide and she chose a great beach for us to watch the sunset and enjoy our lovely presented desserts. We cannot recommend Hello Nature enough and would 100% book another tour with them!

We did the Ucluelet Harbour Tour with Kevin as our guide and we had a fantastic time!! Lots of wildlife including seals, sealion, bald eagles, kingfishers and more! Kevin was fantastic at showing us the ecosystem and was very informative about history, culture and nature. Great equipment and covid precautions in place for a safe trip. Would absolutely recommend to anyone! Five stars is not enough to describe this experience!

What a delightful experience! Guide was so patient, helpful and kind. We were able to go at our own pace and the attention to Covid protocol was great. The gear kept us warm and dry even in November.

Excellent time on the water with Phil! There was a mix up with the times so no one showed for our 9am tour. There was a girl taking a group of kids out on the water and she got on the phone right away and got another guide down within half an hour. Phil arrived and was very friendly. Covid procedures were followed the whole time and he was very cautious. He was a very patient guide and instructions were great and thorough and once on the water, it was gorgeous. We didn't see much wildlife but Phil definitely wanted us to. He took us all over the harbour in hopes of a sighting. We missed a bear cub by minutes, according to a sailor in the harbour. Regardless, it was serene to be on the ocean and take in the air. I would highly recommend this tour company!

Spent the day with Phil on the Coastal Waters tour. Had a great time! Covid protocols followed at all times. Phil went through all the safety information, and instructions about the kayak.Weather was great, sunny and not windy, seas were very civilised (not convinced Phil had a hand in that). A great lunch was served mid trip. Trip concluded with a tour of the north harbour, saw a mother black bear and three cubs! Phil insured I was comfortable and if I needed breaks throughout the day, he had lots of information on the areas we visited, but also didn't talk the whole time, but allowed me to enjoy the peace and quite on the water. Thanks Phil for a great day!
