About
Family owned and operated farm brewery located in Idyllic Prince Edward County. Every beer tells a story. Gaining inspiration from the rich County history and culture our family owned and operated farm brewery encompasses two 150 year old - heritage lumber buildings that were disassembled, moved and re-purposed as our bottle shop and tap room. Opening its doors in October 2016, Parsons brews are enjoyed throughout the County in restaurants and pubs. Our expansive beer garden features alfresco dining from our Outdoor Kitchen, enjoy the unstructured playground with your little ones nestled between a field of barley and a fledgling hop yard. It doesn't get better than this. Crafted Authentically. Brewed Sustainably. Shared Passionately.

Very nice pity the outside fireplaces weren’t on though the website stated that was what they had going during winter.
Beers were good and nothing too hoppy

A beautiful building with charm and character. Personable team members who are more than willing to share the history and background of the brand.

Went as a family - total of 9.
Enjoyed the beer including one of the tasting flights.
A warm sunny day sitting outside. The kids went to the exercise/play area to burn off some energy.
The adults sampled various small tasting plates for sharing.
All in all a very nice and relaxing time for everyone.

Nice place, dog are welcome and it is a very nice set up outside. Staff is very friendly. Beer is good. Guac and chips is a must, but for the rest, it is also good but pricy for what you're getting. Anyway, i recommand this place.

The perfect brewery experience? Could possibly be!!
Gorgeous property - perfect for couples and families too. Beautiful building with lots of character. Food and staff incredible!! Oh and the BEER is DELICIOUS!! You need to visit this place!!!

What a great place! You pull up to Parsons and it's a huge property with a big field out front of a nice covered patio area and picnic tables scattered around the grass. They have members of staff coming around to check on all the guests and you are never waiting long for a drink. You can do a flight or grab a pint. They offer food too, and have a kids menu. Their Farm Brew Wheat Ale was our favorite, and not far behind; the Crushable Pilsner that lives up to its name!
They not only serve beer, but have various wines and ciders there as well.
They got you covered with cans to go for the road as well. What a great experience! Try it out on your way into Picton. You won't be disappointed!

Amazing facilities, play area and the whole winery concept. Beers are crisp and interesting, excellent food except for the burnt-out shrimps, quite expensive.

Rude experience, we were a group of 20 peoples they were not willing to have individual bills, we settled a “by table” bill, no bar services.
Not welcoming staff they were not interested with our business, we went to another brewery
