Owner/artist Miles is a character and does a variety of watercolour themes - portraits, still life, animals, cars and landscapes including local scenery - so just about everything. He truly is a masterful watercolour artist and I have proudly personally purchased 2 of his pieces. He contributes to community events, holds some of his own and artist live-in painting sessions. A truly great artist.

Dropped in to check out the gallery. Cool work! Many rural scenes of P.E. county, but also some really inventive, quirky subjects - must see. This farm is also run as a retreat for artists, writers, filmmakers... think it would be an inspiring place to stay. It's easily spotted from the road by the silo - there is always a banner hanging on it.

Small Pond Arts is both a gallery with a sampling of Mile Murtanovski's body of work (we own a number of these wonderful pieces- go online to see a larger selection) but also an artists' retreat headed by his wife, Krista Dalby. The venue hosts many community festivals throughout the year but is also a beautiful setting for artists to get away for a few weeks and focus on their work and themselves.
