Eagle Eye rents a variety of equipment and I cannot comment on anything other than bikes which I and 3 others rented. We rode from Inverness to Mabou on the bike trail that is scenic and passable 'tho you have to watch out for potholes. We even saw a bald eagle and its nest! We had a lovely lunch in Mabou at the Red Shoe. The selection of bikes was very limited and were low end. They only had 2 medium sized and 2 large (or maybe 3 large). If you want a good road bike, you might be disappointed but they were adequate ('tho one had mechanical problems).

I rented a bike for a half-day. Reservation was easy, service was top-notch (lady was incredibly sweet and helpful!), bike was quality and comfortable, and location is right near trail access to Celtic Shores Trail. Could not ask for anything better. Thank you!

When we arrived at the dock Captain Conrad told us that we wouldn't be having a our lobster dinner over at Sea Wold Island because it was too rough. I was beyond disappointed. We asked could we just ride out and look for a few whales for a bit anyway and he agreed. While out there the winds died down and we headed for Sea Wolf. We saw several pods of pilot whales and one humpback. I am a birdwatcher and got amazing photos of Northern Gannett and Guillemot. Grey seals watched us eat dinner as did a Bald Eagle. Dinner was fantastic. Lobster, potato salad and a wonderful green salad. Butterscotch squares for dessert. Local beer and we brought our own wine. Conrad had said they would have wine but they didn't so good call on bringing our own. Jeff was a friendly First Mate and knowledgable about the whales, birds and the area in general. I recommend this as a not to be missed experience. They can't control the weather or the location of the whales and birds but they give it their best effort to accommodate what you want. Cheers to a job well done!

Conrad took us out on his boat to go looking for seals and whales. We didn’t see any but that isn’t his fault. It is really cool and you should definitely do it.

Captain Conrad took us out aboard Sea The Breeze. My husband and girls, age 15 and 17, were looking forward to fishing while we were visiting extended family in Nova Scotia. Unfortunately we didn't have access to a boat so we searched for charters. Conrad was flexible, friendly and made sure everyone had a good time. We landed a few cod (catch and release) and a lot of mackeral. They were pulling them in as fast as Conrad could take them off the jigs. A lot were too small so we released them, but we went home with a bucket full of filets.
Would love to come for tuna season next time!

A couple of us decided to book Captain Conrad for bluefin tuna fishing in mid September and boy did we hit the motherload. Within MINUTES we hooked up, the line snapped (I'm going to believe it was a shark because that's exciting). Then within MINUTES of THAT we hook on AGAIN! This time we were NOT going to let this one get away and after approximately two hours of the fight of our lives, we landed a 510lb bluefin. There was nothing but smiles, high fives and speechless people on that boat. We cannot thank Captain Conrad and Captain Jeff for the experience of a lifetime. We will be talking about this tuna for the rest of our lives. Thank you so much!

Conrad set my family of five up with quality bikes and panniers to ride the trail from Inverness to Mabou. He was very helpful with directions and provided the panniers so we wouldn't have to be shuttled. The bikes were sized perfectly and had solid tires with a single chainring to avoid mechanical issues on the trail. We didn't feel stranded as he offered to stay in touch in case of issues. Summer is when folks here make their living and the bikes were quality so expect to pay premium rental prices for the bikes, but with the superior service it is totally worth every penny. If you want to ride the trails for a day or multi day trips go with eagle eye!!

Had a kayak tour and whale watch scheduled. Both were cancelled due to high winds. We rescheduled the whale watch, drove 1/2hr or so to get there early only to be told there was a boat issue and our whale watch would be cancelled. We planned our day based on this schedule, would have been nice to know ahead of time. We were really looking forward to the whale watch and now will not have time for one during the rest of our trip.

Thank you Conrad for making our vacation in Inverness something we will never forget!
We had planned to go whale watching but due to weather, Conrad suggested against going out that morning. He wanted this to be a comfortable and memorable experience and asked that we check in with him in the evening, once the winds died down to see if we could go for a tour then. When we saw that it was just too late and we wouldn't be able to do the tour, we asked Conrad if we could rent a few fishing rods so that our daughter could experience fishing in the Harbour.
Once we arrived at the dock, Conrad invited us to get into his boat and suggested we take a little ride out to sea in order to fish - he said it would be more fun than fishing off the dock and, in fact, guaranteed our 3.5yr old would catch a fish!
In we hopped and off we went into the beautiful sunset.
The boat was clean and comfortable, he had life jackets for the kids and was nothing short of an incredibly gracious host inviting us into his house.
Within a few minutes he stopped the boat and invited our daughter up and handed her a mini rod. He explained what to do and within minutes, to our astonishment, we had a fish on the line!
The look on my daughter's face was priceless.... she was so happy that she tried her hand three more times and caught a fish each time!
The boat, the ocean, the sunset, the fishing - it's a memory we will all have engrained in our minds forever.
Thank you Conrad for taking the time, for being the ultimate professional and most importantly, for being a genuinely nice and caring individual.
