My husband & I had a 80 minute couples massage at Serenity Spa on May 10, 2018. We were staying at the Bayshore Inn & the spa is part of the hotel.

We were greeted by our therapists Jeannine & Sheena and we were asked to complete a brief health questionnaire.

The spa itself is small but quaint & comfortable. This is a full service spa, offering massages, facials, pedicures & manicures, waxing & body wraps.

We thought the price for our massage was very competitive & the therapists are RMT's, which allowed us to make an insurance claim for our treatment.

There is a nice sitting area outside the spa & while our massage room was small, it was comfortable & clean.

The massage was one of the best we have ever experienced & when we return to Waterton, we will go back to Serenity Spa & ask for Sheena & Jeannine for our treatment.

I had 3 hard days of hiking in Glacier and Waterton Lakes. So on my “recovery day” I decided to try a massage. I get regular massage at home and usually find resort area massages lacking. Then I met Sheena. It was awesome. Absolutely one of the best if not THE best deep tissue massage ever. It so resolved muscle soreness and fatigue that I killed the big hike the next day at Salamander Glacier. You will be more than happy you allow yourself this indulgence. Plus, I got a great recommendation for Red Rock restaurant which was great but not as great as the massage. Sheena is the bomb.

What a wonderful way to spend the afternoon! The ladies were absolutely fantastic, as I got pampered with a pedicure and a great foot/leg massage and a manicure at the same time! One lady on my feet, one on the hands - wow! talk about feeling special :)

Phoned and booked 2 60 min massages a few days ahead of time. Got there and realized they only offer 50 or 80 min. Massages were mediocre but the real disappointment was no where along the way did anyone tell us our therapists would be students! So not only did we pay $120 for a 50 min student massage but we couldn’t bill any of it to insurance! So misleading and an incredible waste of money.

Got a $45 hikers special which is 30 minutes of soaking (in a massage chair), eucalyptus calf and foot scrub and massage. Lovely!

My husband and I are on a Backroads biking and hiking trip and after 3 days of activity we decided to get massages during a free afternoon. I have to preface this by saying that the two of us are very picky about our massages and usually do not find them to be to our satisfaction 100%. The massages at Serenity Spa were terrific, however. My massage therapist was Jeannine, and my husband's was Alexa, and we each thought that they did great jobs and hit all the sore muscles. The spa is small, but quiet and comfortable with a nice ambience. We would highly recommend Serenity Spa if you are in the area!

Great massage! Just felt they were not ready for me as arrived 15 minutes before appointment which is what most spas require and told to leave and come back.
Massage Therapist booked with did not show up but was provided a massage by another therapist.
I'd still recommend this Spa as more than likely an off day!

We are so happy you enjoyed your massage! I am sorry there was confusion, your therapist got very ill in the morning and had to go home which had us scrambling for a replacement. I again apologize for the delay.
