So sad to discover this great little boat tour is out of business :(
Over the last few years my husband and I travelled many times with Captain Doyle, be it just as a couple or with friends, and always enjoyed ourselves enormously. Through Tim Doyle's extensive knowledge of Cowichan Bay's history and marine life, we heard numerous, interesting stories about "days gone by" as well as learning about the many species of ocean wildlife living in this part of Vancouver Island. How sad to learn that this wonderful service is no more. It was always a pleasure to ride with Tim... his warm personality and the excellent boat tours he blessed us with will be greatly missed.…

Great Tour
My wife and I ended up being the only two on the boat for the Crabbing Tour. Our captain, Jan, toured us around the bay where we saw Osprey and a bunch of seals. We then went and checked on a crab pot that had about 7 crabs in it. We got to see a lot of things and Jan is very knowledgeable about the area and was able to answer all of our questions. The boat is also very spacious and comfortable. This tour is highly recommended.…

Leisurely boat ride
Relaxing and interesting ride around the estuary and bay. Captain provided local stories and other ideas for side trips.

A fun and scenic way to get to Genoa Bay
We took this tour to go from Cowichan Bay to Genoa Bay. We could have driven, but this was a special birthday treat. Jan, the captain, was very informative of the area. The tour of the estuary sounds fascinating, and I will have to try it soon.

a must do tour!!
We took the crab tour and our Captain was entertaining, and informative. She gave us a general harbour tour as well as there was just the 2 of us with her. We saw Osprey, sea lions, and she had a crab in the trap which had to be released as it was a female.
