Not a huge place, but lots of butterflies with turtles, tortoises, parrots, frogs, flamingo and an iguana. Also a small insect viewing area before you enter. Small but well maintained. We enjoyed it more than the Butchart Gardens and very reasonably priced.

Review of: Victoria Butterfly Gardens Ticket
Small venue, but my whole family (kids 4 and 5 yo) loved it for what it had to offer. thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear you did not enjoy your visit. Our facility is one of the largest in North America at 12,000sq feet of indoor tropical rainforest environment and houses more than 3000 butterflies all year long, as well as a variety of birds, reptiles and much more. The sunnier the day, the more flight activity you will see and many of our guests spend over an hour discovering all the wonders the gardens have to offer as they take multiple laps around the gardens. We hope you will return for another jungle adventure and please feel free to ask any of our staff any questions you might have during your visit!

Awesome array of butterflies living in a tropical environment. The feeding stations weren’t available to guests but sometimes the birds would land on guest’s shoulders. There were parrots and an iguana too. The butterflies were fluttering freely. The gift shop has some nice gifts. Fun for all visitors.…

From the entrance that is very welcoming landscape to friendly staff. I love the settings of Waterfalls, Budhas meditation center. The tropical vegetations and plants. I love the unique bugs and insects, beautiful butterflies, turtles , parrots, maccaw birds, flamingo, iguana and koi! A beautiful place to relax and meditate! I was lost in the moment! Great feeling❤😍❤…
