The best! My little girl was in heaven since she has a huge love for butterflies. Staff were friendly and knew so much about each type of butterfly. Great day and now fond memories.

Fun visit, lots of butterflies all over, flamingos, turtles, warm and humid environment for the butterflies. Interesting insect display as well.

A place to see an interesting assortment butterflies, frogs, turtles, birds, and an assortment of plants found in a rain forests. It's not very large and a bit warm.

The inside area has some very interesting insect displays with very unusual insects... take the time to go through the exhibits! Once in the main garden area, it is VERY warm and humid!!! The butterflies are all over and the plants very prolific! Beautiful orchids...More

The Victoria butterfly garden features beautiful butterflies, of course, but also had flamingos, turtles, parrots, and frogs plus lovely tropical foliage. The garden is included with the Butchart Gardens tour which we took and was a pleasant hour long stop. The available brochure is informative...More

Good if you have young kids interested in butterflies and such. Very small and after drop off we had to wait 45 minutes for another shuttle to the Gardens.

This was included in our tour package to Butchart Gardens so we decided, why not! It was a lot of fun and very interesting. Lots of unexpected animals and gorgeous plants.

Yes they are. We just ask that you are mindful of the other guests and that the feet stay on the paths and not in the garden beds. Thank you and enjoy your visit!
