Really worth a visit even for a young family to see how things used to be, brought back great memories, spent an afternoon there and will perhaps go back, good cafe perhaps a bit pricey for a whole family but still very good.

The new gromits - Oh Bollards and Space Oddi-tea bench - is a great addition to our already large collection of gromits, glad you liked them.

A hidden gem of a museum. You could spend hours looking at the collections. Great for all ages. The cafe is also excellent and the staff welcoming and polite.

An old chemists shop, haberdashery and hardware, post office etc. etc. Indeed something to interest everyone. Reasonable price to get in....More

You can always visit the café without paying to get into the museum if you fancy a coffee and a chat with friends/family.

I wouldn't like to be the stocktaker here! There are thousands and thousands of exhibits from tractors, cars, bicycles, prams, household products galore, toys, teapots, pharmacy items, fashions, hats, books, magazines, all going down Memory Lane! It brought back memories of things and events I...More

You will love it. We are 68 with replacement knees and several feet operations so You can rest your feet as you go around, as there is a lot to see. I hope you will enjoy it as much as we did.
