We visited her on Saturday last week with our friends and their children. It was such a good day out, there were lots of activities to entertain children of all ages ( including the adults) There are two floor of interactive science based activities. We spent hours walking round. You're given a barcode wrist band which you scan on almost... More

It's so boring for the price and a really disappointing visit for the price. Yes we had fun but it wasn't worth the cost to be honest. To be fair there are good learning stages but all in all quite expensive especially when the best part is the planetarium that costs even more. Bristol has many cheaper great days out.

Recently visited along with our daughters as part of their birthday celebrations. The museum is not very big but there are a substantial number of exhibits and experiments to try meaning hours could (and were) spent on site. There is a system set up whereby photos and videos can be saved and accessed at home online. We found this a... More

Came with some friends for the adults only evening. It was fun to start with and there were alcoholic beverages available at steep prices. It was fairly same old @bristol with very little being changed not making it particularly worth visiting again. The independent pizza tent pitched outside was phenomenal though! I wish I could remember the name!

Excellent place to visit with kids aged 11 to 5. They really enjoyed all the interactive displays but we all found the planetarium just amazing, yes you have to pay a bit more for this but it is well worth the cost. Kids had blue peter badges so got in free but the cost was not to bad anyway. A... More

This was our third or fourth visit to this stunning venue. Each time there is something new to experience. This time was no exception. We all enjoyed the very entertaining exhibits. As always we finished off in the cafe, however, I have to say this time the cafe was a huge let down. Even at lunchtime some of the menu... More

Took a 4 and 2 year old and was bored very quickly. Upstairs is good with a large building block area but it was too warm to stay for too long. For the price, I won't be going back.

I've been to quite a few science museums, and At-Bristol stands as one of the bests I've been to. They combine new technology and classic ways of demonstration to explain the scientific concepts underlying multiple aspects of life and the cosmos. I attended one of the evening events (with a no-children policy since there's alcohol and loud music for those... More

The place gets very crowded and is mainly geared towards kids. The 3D4K planetarium they have is an absolute must do! Amazing! Polite staff, reasonably priced.

Hi James, Thanks so much for your review. Glad to hear you had a good time in the Planetarium - we love it too! We try to have something for all ages in the venue. For something a bit different we run very popular 'After Hours' adult-only evenings and our weekly 'Planetarium Nights' evening stargazing shows. Take a look at... More
