My father chose this for his birthday treat. And we were very pleased he did. Having lived in the Bristol area for years, it was a brilliant way to spend 3+ hours on a Saturday afternoon. We had a trip around the harbour and then out through the locks, under the Suspension bridge, M5 bridge and out to the port... More

We were looking for something different to entertain corporate clients that would keep them both entertained whilst keeping everyone in close proximity, our Bristol harbour cruise was the perfect solution. From start to finish Sophie and Giles made the organisation extremely simple, nothing was too much trouble. They are extremely customer focused, even until the time we boarded the boat,... More

We had this hired for a friends birthday - we had a few stop off points - bar on board and had music of our own choice - was an amazing day albeit a bit of rain!

My daughter's boyfriend (originally from Bristol) suggested we try this cafe. It is moored right near the Bristol Packet Office just along from the SS Great Britain. It was a glorious day and we'd walked up the opposite bank and got the little ferry boat across the river to the wharf by SS Great Britain (90p each). This cafe had... More

Thank you for your lovely review and our first ever review for the Greenshank Café. We are still building the galley so only tea coffee and cake and drinks at the moment but once the galley is finished (later in the month) there will be food served onboard too. And yes once we become more established we will be open... More

As seniors, the trip cost us £6 each and well worth the money to be taken around the Port of Bristol with a running commentary on the ports history and its attractions. Light refreshments were also available on board.

We went on the 45 minutes round trip on a sunny Saturday afternoon and at £6.50 each it was very good value. We boarded near the SS Great Britain and the boat went up river into the inner harbour with a short stop for pick up / drop off then back down river. There was an interesting commentary throughout and... More

Went on the 45 minute harbour tour yesterday which is £6.50 for an adult. Although it was quite a short boat trip, it was very informative and showed a nice section of Bristol to us as first time visitors. The boat we went on was completely covered which was great as it was tipping it down, however the windows were... More

Booked a private boat for 19 women to celebrate a birthday. Superb fun experience. Would highly recommend any party to do the same. It was a surprise for all the women and they loved it, great staff, friendly and allowed us to have fun. Awesome!!!!!!!!

The Bristol Packet company provides a variety of boat trips commencing at Bristol Harbour. We chose the trip down the Avon to Avonmouth and back. I am a Bristolian but still learnt new facts from the informative on-board commentary. A cold day but warm inside; on hot days the roof can be opened. The highlight of the trip was passing... More
