A lovely old building - part of the University of Bristol. The rooms are large and airy - it is their music department. However the chairs are uncomfortable and tightly arranged between rows. The food is adequate and coffee standard Event fayre. Top tip -...More

My son was performing for the Bristol University Music Ensemble and the BUJO (Bristol University Jazz Orchestra) at the Victoria rooms recently, the exterior of the building wouldn't look out of place in Rome, but the interior is in need of modernisation. Enjoyed both concerts

Attended a concert given by the University Symphony Orchestra and Chorus. Bright, pleasant venue with good acoustic. Good theatre bar serving a modest range of drinks (no food though).
