Out for a drink, a meal, some shopping, this is where to go. Food of all sorts from around the world. Easy parking in a spacious park house with moderate fees. And all sorts of shopping opportunities on the different levels.

All you'd need in one place though it was raining and the shopping centre is only partially covered. Glad I took my mac! Daughter has emptied my purse again!

We walked from our hotel near the quay and it took a good 20 minutes. There is a good selection of shops but overall it wasn't really worth the effort.

If you park in the Cabot circus car park then yes, but there might be free parking on the roads. Not 100% sure about that though.
