Interesting small museum that we just stumbled onto during our walk around Cambridge. We did not even know it was there! The galleries are well designed, small, but nicely lit for easy viewing. Quite informative. Everyone was very friendly there. Very much enjoyed our visit!...More

we visited the museum of anthropology and found it fascinating. unlike many of the larger museums it wasn't over-crowded and we had the opportunity for a really good look around.

Sister museum to Sedgwicks Museum of Geology but this 'wing' is dedicated to Archaeology (mostly local to Cambridge) and to Anthropology with native artifacts from around the world - as diverse and clothing and HUGE totem poles ... well worth a visit and suprisingly interesting

We weren't able to spent much time, 40 minutes, in the museum but it was well worth it. The exhibits are full of objects from around the world, from natives from North America to the south Pacific to Asia. Enjoyed our time there.
