Returned here and visited on a Sunday morning. Gardens were still blooming in October. They are set out so attractively. Lovely walk down to the village and the beach and returned via a different route. National Trust membership helps - a little expensive otherwise -...More

What a real gem this place is. Lovely walks through the gardens with loads to see. Easy walk to Duggan village and lovely peaceful cove. The views across the gardens are fantastic. Lovely cafe and all very well maintained. Well worth my National Trust membership!

Beautiful gardens, we loved the maze! You can access a little cove at the far end, where there are buckets, spades etc to borrow. Really lovely place.

Loved this place. A really lovely winding path takes you energetically through lush gardens to a beautiful hidden little cove on the sea. Then on the way back you can have a go trying to find the centre of the maze, which I loved and...More

This was the second gardens we visited on same day in Cornwall. Very nice but I prefer Trebah next door. Nice little town at the back on the gardens on the beach. Plenty of walking and a maze. Another enjoyable garden visit.

not as large as Trebar gardens next door but just as wonderful and easy to navigate. Concession café which offered all the usual NT cakes/coffees and hot meals was a delight and the volunteers all happily gave advice.

Yes you can easily push a pram around as there are paths for wheelchairs without steps, there are benches all the way along the paths where you can stop and feed, some are well recessed for privacy.

There is a designated route for wheelchairs which would be as suitable for prams. However parts of the paths are cobbled so might be a slightly bumpy ride! The gardens are quite shady and there is an old schoolhouse with... More
