Lovely little place to visit, it’s best to park just out side then walk across the bridge which is only a 5 minute walk. In Looe they have the best fudge shop, they make the fudge there, I tried the lemon meringue fudge OMG it...More

Very unwelcome from the landing to the end, the island is not been looked after, just sad A little tea room (like what we all read about ) with just the basic items would be good, instead of just try to sell us bad apples...More

If you visit Looe then the island is a must. If you want to go somewhere quiet, see nature and get away from people for a few hours then head over to the island. The staff there are enthusiastic and knowledgeable and the trail you...More

a fun trip for £7. Vicky the boat skipper has the best job in the world. Lots of photos of the old wrecks and the history of the island, and we saw a couple of seals.

Great little town, lots to do. Amazing bakeries, great mix of gift shops to cater for all. My children loves crap fishing there and caught many.

Lovely boat trip to Looe Island, very interesting history, fabulous views and wild life. It was a hot day when we visited and the climb to the top of the island was tiring but well worth it.

Beautiful natural Island located off Looe harbour. Check tide times as this defines how far you can go to see this place. Natural habitat for lots of seabirds and seals. Worth the trek

Even though it rained, I count this as the best thing we did during our five days in Looe. The wardens were super-friendly and interesting, and the island itself is unique and very photogenic.

The boat goes when the tide is high only. If you go onto the website for Cornwall Wildlife Trust the dates should be on there along with the boatmans mobile number. The boat goes from the end of the Quay opposite the... More

Sadly not! The paths are very steep in places both up and down. There is also no wheelchair access on the boat or the slip on the island.
