Some interesting and unusual plants dotted around a well marked route through the garden. Not a garden for someone who wsnts tidy edged and flowers borders. The tree ferns are magnificent. Simple tearoom for lunch and tea.

The staff are friendly and as locals suggested we took the annual pass as was less than the price of 2 visits! The garden contains some remarkable plants, trees and shrubs. A good walk around the gardens with lots to see. I won't spoil it...More

The approach to the garden along a lovely floral drive leads you to a neat car park and a very pleasant reception building. The staff are so helpful - but what is really special is the guided walk map you are given with the gardener's...More

Stopped during a wet and windy day and managed a look round between the storms. Very pleasant time, interesting history and well tended. We stopped for lunch with what seemed a very ordinary menu but the food was far from ordinary, well presented, very tasty...More

We visited Trewidden Garden, just two miles west of Penzance. The gardens were established by the Bolitho family in the 19th century and they still own the gardens today. On arrival, we were given a map by a very pleasant lady, who told us they...More

Amazing cream tea, both savoury and sweet options were delicious. I would recommend the spicy red onion and tomato chutney with cream cheese. Very friendly and great service by the young man, welcoming and informative. Would definitely return!
