This was a delight. My family arrived on a whim close to closing time, and had a wonderful walk around the garden. We were all amazed at the range of plants; the fern dell was a lovely surprise.

Visited this garden on 18th June 2018 and though the best time to see this garden in full flower would be late April/early May there was still plenty too see. Greeted by Julie, who appears to be the manager, we were given a really friendly...More

This is a hidden gem! We we’re driving past and decided to stop for lunch. Delicious crab, hot toasted, and fresh grilled chicken sandwiches. Even gluten free for my wife! Well worth it. Oh and there’s beautiful gardens here too. Highly recommended.

Last visited about 5 years ago. This time with a new dog. Noticed a lot of work had been done on the pathways and signage was amazing - every time I was about to say "I wonder where we go next?" a sign magically appeared!...More

We enjoyed this lovely garden. Such a large variety of camellias. Lovely magnolias rhododendrons and azalea’s. Lovely friendly staff in the cafe although the service was quite slow. Food was lovely and tasty.
