We visited as we love watching Doc Martin, and really wanted to see Port Isaac, the village where it is filmed. I'm sorry to say, the visit was a nightmare almost from start to finish (lunch in the Chapel Cafe was great!) I had to...More

That's the best recommendation. If only, comes to mind. it is so pretty and it is like the TV series. Only partly wheelchair friendly.

We have had several holidays at Port Isaac with family and our dogs, in a very friendly cosy cottage that caters for our needs and has parking too. We love the beach and the walks (some steep hills). Lots of good eating and drinking places,...More

We were blown away by the beauty of Port Isaac, even though we are devotees of Doc Martin. The harbour is lovely & worth a walk. Don't miss visiting Port Isaac.

Lovely little fishing port to wonder round, particularly if you are a fan of Dr Martins. Loads of tourists just trying to relate the place to the TV filming. It's not a big place, I liked looking at the architecture of the small fishing houses...More

This fishing town/harbour is so beautiful. This is a must visit for people in the area. The car park is just a short walk around the cliff.

We found the locals so friendly, the top car park is a real hack down the hill to the harbour, follow the road down into the village and nearer the front is a large car park. It is still a long walk from there but...More

Absolutely gorgeous working fishing village. Need to park at top of town then walk through the amazing little fishermen's cottages to the harbour.
