An attractive beach close to the train station. Bit of a steep climb back up the hill, but lovely views

We rented a large house " Dolphinholme " which sleeps 11 overlooking Carbis bay. Fantastic house which is very well equipped and stunning views. Steps and path that lead to a coastal path to the beach and St Ives. Carbis bay hotel has a beach restaurant which is excellent for lunch or a morning coffee. Beach is very clean dogs... More

Stayed at Beechwood House and had an amazing beautiful romantic break in Carbis Bay. A wonderful stroll down to the beach and tea at the cafe right on the beach. Beautiful sunshine. Had never been to Carbis Bay before. We have been back again in the last 6 months. Such an easy drive to St.Ives without any of the hassle... More

There are toilets also.. Deffo worth the walk... More

There were 10 of us and we stayed in a house overlooking the beach. There were always people walking the beach and there was always something interesting to see.

Been visiting Carbis Bay at least once per year for the past six years and am never disappointed. We love walking on the beach in the evening when most of the day visitors have left and have even paddled in the dark using torches. Overall, a wonderfully relaxing place just far enough away from the hustle and bustle of St... More

This is a lovely beach which is suitable for adults and children alike. There are suitable refreshments at hand and it is also good to walk along.
