Don’t let the small entrance put you off this museum. It is amazing! We were lucky the rain held off as we visited this week. The garden is just awe inspiring, the sculptures beautiful, and with the sun shining on them, just perfect. Lots of...More

We had a really wonderful time in the museum, sculpture garden, and studio. Really a revelation and a treat, a hidden gem.

Not been for many years. Lovely be back in her beautiful studio and garden, still looking freaks and appealing. What an amazingly gifted woman she was.

An amazing garden so full of diverse sculptures, what an incredible person she was. The garden has an excellent balance not too formal, lots of variation

Popped in late morning on a Friday – not busy – context from the Dame’s life and association with St Ives is set out around the walls as you enter – then it is up the steps to her studio and garden that is planted...More

This museum, although artistically not to my taste or comprehension, is a delightful reflection of a wonderful lady from Wakefield. Going round her home and her spectacular hidden garden gave one an insight into her remarkable life. Well worth the visit

A fantastic and wholly calming place that gives an excellent insight into the life and influences of this brilliant artist A St.Ives must-see

A good visit. See my general comments for the Penwith Gallery. The real art of St.Ives is now clogged with trashy rip-offs.

The Hepworth museum is a great little tourist attraction. there are some great sculptures on display in the lovely garden so its best if you visit on a nice sunny day to make it that little bit more special

Hello 1 - 2 hours should be ample. Admission tickets give you access for a full day so, if you'd like to return for the daily tour (12.00) or spend the afternoon sitting in the garden, you're more than welcome.

Hello The nearest available parking would be the pay and display car park at the top of Barnoon Hill. If you continue up the hill past the museum and turn right at the top, the car park is located next to the cemetery.
