This is the artist's old studio and garden. Unprepossessing entrance, quite pricey admittance and really not all that much to see. One or two interesting interpretations but the overall feeling was of "The Emperor's Clothes". Covered the whole thing in 20 minsMore

Maybe I'm a philistine , but I just didn't get this . 30 or 40 big lumps of rock , cut into haphazard shapes and given strange titles . Messed up what was otherwise a very pretty little town garden . I wouldn't want one...More

This is a small sculpture exhibit dedicated to Barbara Hepworth. There were about 30 sculptures in a small outdoor garden with very little explanation other than a title in a brochure. Entrance to the exhibit was 6 pounds each, very over priced for the quality...More

Super gallery and garden. We were given an informative and engaging talk about Hepworth whilst we were there. Garden is full of sculptures. Easily walked form the harbour, but as in all things St Ives the roads are quite steep.

It's the garden you really go for. A stunning Jewel of a garden in the heart of this tight little fishing town where you would not expect to find such a large, tranquil space. It's home to a good number of Barbara Hepworth's dramatic and...More
