The castle’s shop sells ‘I Conquered Tintagel Castle’s Steps’ hoodies which, if earned, are hard-earned. Informative but discrete noticeboard fill in the background to the castle’s history. Stunning scenery.

Not a real ancient or even old building rubble, you kind of feel like it's all made up for a tourist trap. Did not enjoy at all. The shops in the township are better to visit! :)

Well worth a visit but only open at weekends in winter. You need to be pretty fit to manage the steps up to the castle as it is very steep in places. Some of the steps are very uneven. A walk out to the statue...More

Wow what a place... walking through I was trying to imagine what it must have been like back in the days. Very lonely for the resident priest!!! Its quite a climb in parts. Well worth a visit.
