I love the forest and the wildlife but had never experienced the adventure cycle route until taking a group of students out for a buzz around the forest. Fantastic and not too physical..

Travelling from Wales to the South West fairly regularly we find this park an ideal place to stop to walk the dog, and the cafe is much nicer than service stations! The dog walks can vary from a 20 min off lead quick walk to one approaching well over and hour. Good toilet facilities. Lovely views where it opens out... More

Cost of the parking was reasonable, the walk was lovely, kids enjoyed the trail. Great bike facilities, must bring the bikes back next time! Would be good if the route markers gave an indication of how far round you were as we didn't take note before we left just asked the Kids to pick a trail!

I completed the red trail at this forest, lovely course with some technical sections and steep hills. Not as long as some of the other trails I've done but it definitely puts you through your paces and has some gorgeous scenery too, I will be going again.

Decided to pay the park a visit this weekend and go for a walk. Whilst the walking routes are ok, and there are lots of activities to do, the price of the car parking overshadows the enjoyment of your day and almost brought us to the point of driving back out once again and going elsewhere. £4 for 2 hours,... Brilliant for kids who really enjoyed the cycle trails & the cafe was fabulous home cooked, food. My husband and I had delicious coffee and home made cheese scone whilst waiting for kids aged 14 and 11 to go off and do their bike trail. We then went for a walk and we all went back to the cafe for... More
