Fantastic night out eleven of us thoroughly enjoyed the evening. Well stocked bar even had Sandford Cider that went down a treat. Excellent pies, great company, lovely venue. Highly recommended.

I went here for a private function in the bar, it was a great location for friends to celebrate over good beers. I'm not normally a beer drinker but the Avocet is very easy to drink, and they have a good selection of non-beer drinks...More

Lovely cosy bar area tucked away inside the brewery, the menu is pies, pies or pies on a Thursday when we visited, and didn't they do pie mash and gravy well. Great value, great food, great atmosphere will definitely return.

They only open on the last Friday of each month for curry, but open weekly on Thursday evenings for pies. It's definitely worth booking if you want to guarantee a table - give them a call.
