Xmas party

Disappointed with the atmosphere and darkness when eating dinner. Small dance area with limited seating so the group separated and people ended up going home early.

On arrival the assistance whilst purchasing tickets was smooth and effortless but once starting the journey around the aquarium there were no other team members in sight to ask any questions or queries. Most tanks were dark and grey - could do with brighter and more exciting fish to please the eye! Extremely clean though and a great experience for... More

The exhibits are well presented and there is a lot of information to take in. It is a very popular venue for families of course and there were a lot of new Mums and babies. The food is unusually good ... and although not very cheap it is worth stopping off at the cafe - the view from there is... More

Visited the aquarium recently for the first time in a while - it was a lovely experience and although slightly manic due to the masses of children around (as expected!), it was a great day out! There was even a proposal in front of the big tank, which added to the experience.

Lots to see and do here with interactive displays. The kids loved it especially. Wasn't crowded and didn't feel we had to rush round.

Even better than I expected. Really helpful staff who help enormously if you ask them questions. Large picnic area. Easily spent 3 hours going round. Don't know if we were lucky but didn't feel at all crowded on a Sunday morning. Strongly recommended.

Lots to see and do here with interactive displays and lots of different tanks and talks. The kids loved it especially with the rays swimming over your head in one of the tanks. It took us about 3 hours to walk round, and you can go again for free within the next 12 months. We got 20% off courtesy of... More

Fantastic attraction but fairly expensive fir a couple of hours especially with young children who have a shorter attention span . No picnic area which is a shame but lots to see.
