What a waste of a lovely building. So many uses it could have, but it is closed and run down. sad they could not do something with it for the kids etc, as there is nothing at all in Torquay for children.

This building is beautiful but needs rescuing before it falls into disrepair. To see it empty and unused is such a shame - especially as it is the main tourist area. Sm

We walked down to the Pavilion on Torquay harbour only to find it closed and boarded up. It is a total disgrace as it is a lovely building which greets all the visitors as they arrive into the Harbour area.

Have just read that this stunning building has plans to be redeveloped, this can only be good news for the harbour area. Well done to all concerned and I look forward to watching the progress.
