We visited the Greenway house beforehand which was great. After that, the walk was disappointing. The bust is worth a look but the rest is quite contrived.

A must-to-do, especially if you are a Christie enthusiast like we are. Also others will find the route and places interesting.

I spend a few lovely hours in this house and garden. In a sunny morning of July it was very pleasant to visit the house, and to stay and read on a bench in Agatha Christie's garden. The guides were very friendly and they told us a lot of interesting things about the life of Agatha and her family.

Very pleasant walk on a sunny afternoon. Great for lovers of Agatha Christie novels but there was little signage about the walk, needed a map

We visited Greenway in June. I loved the Agatha Christi books so found going around the house interesting. The guides were friendly and very informative. There were also a lot of chairs around the house that you are allowed to use. You can travel by bus train or ferry. If you go by car you need to pre-book a parking space. We did't go around the grounds as it started to rain as we left the house. Reading other reviews it seems they need to give more information about the walk.

This was disappointing as we spent a lot of time looking for plaques which weren't there (one had been stolen, recovered but left in storage) either make this clear in the guide or sort it out Torquay

Covered most of Torquay, and Greenway was well worth the short journey. Steam train back was brilliant.

This "mile" desperately needs some signage. You kind of stumble upon it, if you are lucky and then wander around for what may be more than a mile. Even though we had a list of places from various guidebooks, were never able to find everything we wanted to see. Even find the Abbey was just by happenstance. It seems a shame as the bay itself is lovely, and there must be some money to be made out of the town's associated with Agatha Christie. But ... could not even find a postcard! The postcards of Christie that I bought were found in Plymouth. Get with it, residents of Torquay!! As for visitors, be sure and print out your own maps before you go. Yes, there is a tourist information center but it is at the other end from the railway fater this 2 mile walk.

We walked the A.C. mile not much info so researched it first. (We did the walk on our own and at our own pace, didnt take an organised tour). Walking from point-point was good exercise and we enjoyed the route especially on a sunny day! Had a fabulous day visiting Agatha's summer house and gardens at Greenway now that is worth a visit.
