We travelled by train from Torquay to Paignton. The ticket purchase was prompt, the café on the station platform clean, tidy, cheap and cheerful. Plus the train itself was on time and spotless

This is a lovely railway station built by Brunel and has been lovingly restored to its former glory. We were particularly impressed with Phil on platform duty who was courteous and informative a real credit to South West trains.

Well maintained and decorated in the appropriate style with neat gardens and between the sets of rails a mass of pampas grass. Must not forget the helpful staff and easy access.

What can you say, nostalgic, comfortable and just gently meanding ahead so you have plenty of time to look out of the windows taking in all the sights along the way. There are lots of options to just taking the train or combing it with a bus and a boat trip for looking at the various areas or sights. We... More

Very quaint as railway stations go. Very pretty setting close to the sea. Easy to reach our Guest House from. Friendly staff.

The station is fine but if you chack out of your hotel early you cannot leave luggage there while you wait for your train. We solved the problem by going to Torre Abbey which is quite near

The station is fine, it's a station nothing special I have one concern that I have come in late in the evening and found no taxis available.

Washrooms messy, litter on the outside, not very clean. Not sure why this is an attraction given so many other interesting stations in the s.w. Located central and about a 15 minute walk to shops and restaurants along the harbour.
