Children and grown ups will both find this odd museum fascinating and entertaining. An eccentric and quirky romp into Victorian England! Delightfully macabre in places with a strange charm I found quite compelling. A feast for the senses with the atmospheric Victorian Street complete with...More

Many thanks for your visit and positive feedback. There certainly is a lot to engage the senses and we're delighted to hear you were captivated alongside the school group who had also stepped back in time!

Took about an hour to walk around the museum which, at about £9.50 each, I found to be a little expensive. It's also set out in such a way that before you know it you are back at the start in the shop and can't...More

Loved this place, loved looking at all the items on display, this museum has limited space and would be great in larger premises, I would of loved to read more about the owners, on how they collected all the items, where some items came from?...More

We came to Babbacombe for the model village and ended up going into this museum aswell. Loved looking around here and getting to experience what it would have been like in the trenches. Well worth a visit

A journey back to the past for those who remember right back to the 50's and of Victorian and Edwardian times too. Lots for youngsters and kids to see too.

From my memory, I believe downstairs would be possible, however, the stairs as mentioned by others, would definitely pose a problem. If it is possible, downstairs would still be a must see.
