On a day when we visited 3 museums in Dorchester this was the one I least looked forward to but in actual fact was the most fun of all of them. Children adore the exhibits and there are some great photo opportunities in the exhibits....More

We paid £6.50 each and was the only people there and was around it with in 30mins... so over priced and not really that good, reminded me of an old ladies spare bedroom. We didn't take the offer to pay more to go to the...More

A steep climb to the Teddy Bear Museum was well worth it. My daughter loves teddy bears & although it's a little pricey for what it is, the enjoyment that younger children will get from this is brilliant. They showcase a large number of teddies...More

Quirky small museum that brought back pleasant childhood memories. Note to visitors: due to the stairs, it may be difficult for some who may be unfirm.

I came to the museum with 2 of my friends. It was quite simple in displaying and decorating. The museum is nice anyways, but I still hope to get something more than that to be worth for a visit.

It's pretty small but packed with interesting bears and stories to go with them. I loved the different rooms and displays, particularly the life-sized bears and the bears in a bed. It doesn't take long to go round, but so much effort has gone into...More

We purchased a ticket that covered 4 or 5 smallish museums in Dorchester. This was the last and I have to say it was a nice experience. I imagine that children of all ages would love it.

We paid for entrance to this and the Terracotta Warriors exhibition downstairs. We had not enjoyed the downstairs offering but this lifted our spirits. It is somewhat crowded and the oral tale of Paddington going to the seaside could be turned down a bit so...More
