A lot of work has been done on the seafront since my last visit and although work is still in progress it looks good. I especially liked the sculpture area using the rusted pillars from the West Pier. I look forward to seeing this finished!

It was a dry but windy November Sunday afternoon, great for a nice steady stroll, to freshen yourself up, the sea air a bit of shaded sunshine in places and most of all just being among people taking in the moment.

There are Public Toilets - but not sure about showers / changing facilities - we have not used any there. If you want full facilities, about 5 miles east of Brighton beach on the main A259 is the newly refurbished... More
