Although mainly pebbles it is a nice beach with lots of local amenities. The pier is first class. There are plenty of coffee shops and restaurants nearby as well as toilets.

So much going on here - lovely place to be, couldn't ask for more in England! So much atmosphere and lovely people. You don't need to worry about who you are or what you look like, everyone fits in here, just be yourself!

Brings back memories of Quadrophenia which was filmed here back in the day. Iconic pebbly beach and cafes under the arches.
