Quite small but a good place for a children's party. My son has invited his class to his birthday party. It was quite successful. Will recommended.

I am pleased your son enjoyed his party but disappointed we were only quite successful, as we set our targets much higher than that, and Parties are something we specialise in. More

I have been to more Sea Life type aquariums than most fish but I think I have popped in with the kids and not paid too much attention. Had a lovely day trip to the sea to know more about all the fishes out there.. Had a special private inside tour on how they look after the place and feed the animals.. Special tour over the water watching sharks, fishes and enormous Sea Turtles which was the size bigger than two people! Must see if you are taking... More

We were a group of 12 ranging in ages from 1 to 76 and we all thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The attraction was not too full so we were able to see the exhibits very clearly and spend plenty of time at each tank if we wanted too. It was a great bonus to be able to wander around at our... More

Hi Sue, great use of the ALL DAY TICKET, as some people don't always come back to enjoy the turtle and shark feeding and talks. More

We really enjoyed our visit to the aquarium. It was great to see a some of the tanks being cleaned out too! Staff were helpful and kind. A bit noisy around the cafe area which prompted us to seek a cuppa elsewhere, but acoustics to be expected I guess in a beautiful old building! A bit pricey if we hadn't... More

We took our daughter here for her first birthday and she really enjoyed it. There were lots of displays and the glass bottom boat was a real hit. Very surprised by how small and limited the cafe is. Even a Cornish pasty purchased there couldn't be warmed up and there were only 6 sandwiches left at 11.30am. The centre is... More

Great advice about leaving the buggy in the buggy park as access is not easy in some parts of the aquarium. limited selection in the coffee shop, but it is not able to cater for large numbers wanting more substantial food, hense the limited range of drinks and confectionary. More

It was our first experience of a Sealife centre and our Daughter, age 3 thought it was simply amazing. Her excitement had her running from one tank to the next to see what was in there. Although it's not very large, it holds an amazing amount of species and is very interactive for children to learn through. We loved it and would... More
